My, how time flies! I have recently had the pleasure of joining a virtual Q&A organised by the BFI to mark the 40th anniversary of Burning an Illusion.
Hosting the talk is activist Kunle Olulode MBE. We are also joined by cast members Cassie McFarlane, Victor Romero-Evans, Janet Kay and Race and Equality Officer for UNISON, Margaret Greer.
We reflect on the making of the film, the time period and it’s relevance today.
